Dear Customer:
You are about to purchase the Guide M-17025, guide for implementing a quality system ISO/IEC 17025, this will make it easier to write and implement the documentation required to satisfy each of the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-2017, or the equivalent national or regional standard. This product will help you achieve the accreditation of your calibration or testing laboratory more easily, faster, more efficiently and with greater success.
The following terms and conditions are a sales agreement and have been accepted by the customer.1. We accept the following forms of payment: bank transfer; western union; credit and debit card via paypal®. Payment is a simple and safe way to buy. 2. Payment in advance is requiered for purchase.
3. Once payment is made, the customer must send the bank transaction data to the email address: info@metrycal.com. By the same means the download instructions are sent back to the customer. If custom procedures and charges are required for this purchase, those must be paid by the customer and under their responsibility.
4. Due to the nature of the product, refunds are restricted, if you have questions about any of the product features you are getting, please contact us prior purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
5. All rights of the original documents of the Guide M-17025 are reserved, as registration at the National Institute of Author Rights. The purchase of this product only covers the exclusive use of the original documents to adapt to the customer´s company, so total or partial reproduction of these documents for other parties is not allowed unless written authorization by METRyCAL is provided. Controlled reproduction is authorized, after adaptation of the documentation of the Guide M-17025 to the customer´s company, only for purposes of accreditation and registration with the accreditation body.
6. For traceability and security purposes; the customer authorizes METRyCAL to automatically obtain the identification code (IP) of the computer which will be downloading, installing or executing the Guide M-17025 documents from the servers employed by METRyCAL.
7. The Guide M-17025 is focused on the implementation of the quality system ISO/IEC 17025 and does not include specific technical documents regarding calibrations or testing of any particularized item.
8. The use and interpretation of the documents included in the Guide M-17025 is under responsibility of the customer, therefore METRyCAL disclaims any related legal responsibility, directly or indirectly.
9. METRyCAL is committed to providing the electronic documents referred to in the quotation. Those are documents easily adaptable to the customer´s laboratory and required for implementing a quality system ISO/IEC 17025-2017.
